Cameron Highland Trip part 2-Dinner

Salam.
Hi all,

I'll continue my post on Cameron Highland Trip part 2. Its Dinner Time!!
After night market's walk, we plan to have a brief driving to Tanah Rata. Spent our first and only night at Cameron.

Along the way, my friends suggest to have dinner at any steamboat restaurant. they already asked someone back at hotel where the best steamboat restaurant at Cameron. So, here we go!!

There are a lot of people that night. Its really hard to find a Muslim restaurant. We need to make sure it is Halal. After some driving, we finally reached here.

A restaurant beside De La Fern Hotel. Where the signboard said; Original Charcoal Steamboat.

For thr first time we stopped here, there were no empty table and I afraid they can't cater us for the meal. So, we decided to try searched for another restaurant. We will be back if our search bring no luck after this.

So, we went back to Brinchang and found no restaurant as fancy as before. We decided to just wait and see if there will be any empty table that can accommodate us at Charcoal Steamboat.

As we reached there for the second time, the clock showed 10.30 PM. It was a cold night and it will be awesome if we can have our dinner there. So, I asked my friend to make a reservation at the counter and said that we willing to wait.

Alhamdulillah, we asked at counter and they willing to cater us four at that time. No waiting time. There was an empty table waiting for us. hahaha... How lucky!!!

Looking at the customers in the restaurant, we understand the long waiting time for the food to reach our table.

At last,

The rate is RM23 per person. The serving was huge for four of us. It really worth the price. The strawberry's juice is awesome. That is for my lil sis. As for me, I tried Strawberry's coffee. The taste? Emm... no second try. Not my taste even though I like coffee.

The soups were awesome. The meal comes with two kinds of soups, Chicken soups and Tom Yam. Both soups are delicious. The veges were fresh and we really enjoyed our dinner and spent almost 2 hours eating and chatting.

I dont know at what time the restaurant closed because by the time we step out from the restaurant, they still waiting for another customers who make a reservation. their food were on the table and I managed to take a picture.

Before that, what left after we finished our dinner.

Only the veges and some mee. Behind the pot. We enjoyed the dinner and this place is highly recommended by us. If there will be a time to go to Cameron, I'll come to this restaurant again.

As we leaving the restaurant at 12.18 AM.

Almost empty but no sign of closing. We decided to call a day off and back to hotel to sleep.
We will have a full course tomorrow. Need to sleep early for that.

XOXO,
KAZU.
