You know that I already fall in love with running.
(eventhough I'm not exactly running but jogging)
hehehe...
But this article inspired me.
Running is all u need to do.
But actually along with healthy habit of eating and lifestyle.
It encourage you to try and not give up, and appreciate more ur life.
I've read this article about a girl who lost weight by running and maintain healthy lifestyle.
But it will encourage you too to not just lose weight but live a happy life :)
And maybe a new hobby :)
No diet pills just running and healthy lifestyle.
